The era calls for the spirit of struggle, and the cause needs to be led by role models. 2023, under the joint efforts of all staff, the work of the Institute of Ecology is progressing steadily and steadily improving, and a number of advanced models with remarkable achievements and outstanding contributions have emerged.

Pan Rongtian: Time is of the essence, we must strive to make progress.
Along the way, we witnessed the growth of a "rookie" to a project leader. Pan Rongtian with solid professional knowledge and highly responsible dedication, seriously treat every job. In the project site, he actively communicate with the inspected enterprises, to achieve "small problems on the spot, big problems quickly solve" service attitude, won the owner's unanimous praise; in the detection site, he ensures the safety of the inspectors on-site operations, supervise the quality of the inspectors' work, and strive to improve the efficiency of the work of the LDAR project.
1 Doing the best we can right now.
In 2023, Pan Rongtian achieved impressive results in site inspection work in Nanjing Chemical Industry Park. He served a total of 19 companies, including 11 resident companies, and completed 55 on-site inspections, totaling more than 430,000 sealed points. In addition, he has also participated in field inspection work, with a total of over 40,000 personally inspected sealing points. In terms of report preparation, Pan Rongtian completed 47 quarterly inspection reports and 11 assessment reports, demonstrating his expertise in data analysis and report writing. He was also responsible for the data collation of 21 enterprises, totaling more than 210,000 sealing points, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the data. Pan Rongtian also played an important role in the construction of real-time uploading platform, with more than 600 individual on-site listings, and participated in the construction of real-time uploading platform for 7 enterprises, contributing to the company's informationization construction.
2 Looking ahead to the 2024 work plan
Pan Rongtian has made a detailed work plan, including serving 13 enterprises, testing more than 460,000 sealing points, as well as participating in the field testing program and reaching more than 50,000 personal testing sealing points. He also plans to complete more than 52 quarterly reports and more than 13 assessment reports, continue to promote the platform construction, more than 1,000 personal on-site listings, and participate in the construction of more than 10 platforms. As a team leader, Pan Rongtian will continue to ensure the safety of inspectors' on-site operations, supervise the quality of work, actively communicate with enterprises, and solve problems in a timely manner, also showing excellent leadership and responsibility.

Jian Wang: See the world on the road, recognize yourself on the way
Since joining the company, Jian Wang has maintained a proactive attitude, always arriving 15 minutes early for daily attendance and getting ready for work. He has a strong sense of teamwork and a strong sense of responsibility, and possesses strong executive and hands-on abilities. During the testing process, he actively helps his colleagues to solve the problems of equipment abnormality, and he can always deal with some problems encountered in the work in a timely and effective manner.
1 Diligent and pragmatic, with a strong sense of responsibility
He is proactive, serious and responsible in his work, and is always ready to fulfill the tasks assigned by his superiors without fail. In 2023, Jian Wang followed various team leaders to go deep into more than 10 enterprises in Nanjing/Changzhou and gained a deep understanding of enterprise installations and equipment distribution. He was not only able to clearly express the name of each sealing point, but also demonstrated his ability to grasp and apply specialized knowledge in practical work. He started to implement real-time upload inspection in the second half of 2023 and felt that the inspection process was more transparent and the inspection data was more accurate. Although he encountered some technical problems during the implementation, he always maintained a positive attitude and sought solutions to improve the inspection efficiency. During the year, Jian Wang entered about 30 companies and tested more than 150,000 points, an achievement that fully demonstrates his efficiency and professionalism.
2 Learn more, think more, recharge your batteries.
"To do a good job, one must first make good use of his tools", he actively seeks advice from seniors in the company and sincerely accepts guidance from colleagues. He takes the initiative to learn the related LDAR knowledge after work to form a systematic and practical working experience to ensure the work is efficient and orderly without mistakes. In the new year, Jian Wang hopes to gain knowledge and understanding of the process, and to study the data in depth in order to grasp the work content more comprehensively. He also plans to become more familiar with each piece of equipment in terms of testing to improve testing efficiency. His work attitude and spirit not only win the praise of his colleagues, but also establish a good corporate image for the company.
Although there are no sensational deeds, Wang Jian has left a solid footprint in the position of LDAR inspector. We expect him to continue to create more value for the company with passion and unremitting efforts in the new year.
