We need to accelerate the green transformation of development, the implementation of a comprehensive conservation strategy, the development of green and low-carbon industries, advocate green consumption, and promote the formation of green and low-carbon mode of production and lifestyle. Deeply promote the prevention and control of environmental pollution, continue to fight the blue sky, blue water, clean soil defense war, the basic elimination of heavy polluted weather, the basic elimination of urban black smelly water, strengthen the prevention and control of soil pollution at source, improve the level of environmental infrastructure construction, and promote urban and rural habitat improvement.
